Return Process

  Our technical team will review your request and schedule a remote or physical inspection to verify the unit's condition and serial number.

  Secure Packaging and Pickup

  Once approved, carefully pack the electronics in the original box to prevent transit damage; our logistics partner will arrive for the scheduled pickup.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes final testing, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
